Sour beers are not for the casual beer drinker. Throw in some barrel aging, and you are talking about a beer for advanced beer-nerds. To compliment Santa Fe Brewing Co.’s new “Los Innovadores” line, they needed a label that was unlike anything they had done before. Inspired from small 20th century European distilleries and the small nature of the individual batches, the labels are just as over-the-top as the finely crafted beer. They are embossed, hand stamped, hand dated, and signed by the bottler. Prost!
